- All information contained in or accessed via BGEA technologies is deemed to be confidential at all times. Unauthorized access to or use of any information is strictly prohibited.
- The technologies and information provided by BGEA will only be used for ministry purposes in a manner consistent with ministry expectations.
- Prohibited uses of BGEA technologies and information include but are not limited to (i) engaging in any illegal activity; (ii) activity that might degrade BGEA’s reputation; (iii) any form of harassment; (iv) activity that may lead to a security incident or harm to BGEA systems; (v) unauthorized use of BGEA login credentials; (vi) storing confidential information on unauthorized systems or storage media.
